LEGAL STATUS
The Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre Act, 2015 replaced the 1994 UWEC Trustee Deed under the registration of Documents ACT (Cap 80). The Act transformed UWEC into a statutory Institution.
MISSION
To rescue, rehabilitate, breed wildlife, and educate the public on wildlife conservation with emphasis on the young generation.
